Our pricing is based on the specific requirements of each project. We offer competitive rates and a fixed-bid model that ensures complete cost transparency — you know exactly what you will pay before any work begins, with no surprise invoices at the end.

Every project begins with a free one-hour consultation. We listen to your goals, evaluate your requirements, and return with a detailed written proposal including a fixed-price quote. There is no obligation to proceed.

Our Process

    Free Initial Consultation (1 hour)

    We meet with you by phone or in person to understand your project goals, technical requirements, timeline, and budget. No charge, no obligation.

    Requirements Analysis & Scope Definition

    We document your functional requirements, site architecture, and technical specifications. For larger projects this may involve a paid discovery engagement to produce a formal specification.

    Detailed Proposal with Fixed-Price Quote

    We present a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and a firm fixed price. You review and approve before we begin. Scope changes after sign-off are handled via change orders.

    Development & Delivery

    We build, test, and deploy your project according to the agreed specification and timeline. You review and approve before final launch.

  5. 5
    Post-Launch Support

    All projects include a post-launch support period for bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, and enhancement work is available under separate agreement.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% of the project total is due upon signing the project agreement
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and client acceptance
  • For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules are available
  • Hosting fees are billed monthly or annually (annual billing receives a discount)
  • We accept check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit cards
